What is Coating Film?

Coating film is an advanced paint protection technology primarily composed of inorganic glass-like material—silicon dioxide (SiO₂). Thanks to its excellent chemical stability, it reacts with moisture in the air to form a durable, glassy layer firmly bonded to the car’s paint surface. This layer is highly resistant to peeling, oxidation, and decomposition.

By enhancing the hardness of the paint, coating film effectively prevents minor scratches and shields the surface from damage caused by acid rain, oxidation, bird droppings, iron particles, asphalt, and other contaminants. Once applied, the coated paint exhibits a mirror-like brightness and smoothness that repels dust, making car washes easier and more effective. Under normal conditions, the coating film can last from 1 to 3 years, providing one of the most professional and long-lasting paint protections available today.

Why Do You Need Coating?

Every car owner desires a vibrant color and glossy finish that turns heads. However, over time, car paint inevitably suffers from:

  Usage Instructions

  1. Degreasing: Use the X-105A degreasing agent. Apply a moderate amount to a clean towel and thoroughly wipe the car paint until all oil films are removed.

  2. Coating Application: Take the X-105B crystalline agent and X-105C protectant. Using a clean, dry sponge, apply a small amount of the crystalline agent onto the sponge. Spread evenly over the car paint using a cross-hatch (crisscross) pattern, covering an area of approximately 50×50 cm at a time to ensure full coverage.

  3. Drying: Wait 2–3 minutes for the surface to dry, then evenly buff the coated area to a clean, smooth finish.
